From January 13 through 26, Parsons Dance was in residency as we continue our partnership with fourth and fifth graders from Ballet Tech — The New York City Public School for Dance. Once again, we are delighted to teach developing young artists the choreography for About Sprouts, the playful David Parsons work slated to be performed on May 15 and 16 at The Battery. A season highlight both for our company and the community, this delightful free event is filled with these enthusiastic students moving through the park alongside our dancers and a colorful sea of ribbons!
