Friday, September 18 from 5:30pm-6:30pm: Stretching & Conditioning with Joanne*

• Build flexibility, strength, mobility, and body awareness through accessible stretching and conditioning exercises. This welcoming class is designed for all movement backgrounds and experience levels, whether you are a dancer, an athlete, or simply looking to move, feel stronger, and connect with your body. Ages 13+.

Saturday, September 19 from 12:30pm-1:30pm: Community Acro with Emerson

• Play, move, and build confidence through acrobatics. Explore foundational acrobatic skills, balance, strength, and coordination. No previous acro experience is necessary—participants will work at their own level while learning alongside others. Ages 13+.

Saturday, September 19 from 2:00pm-3:00pm: Ballet with Odin

• Step into ballet in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Explore foundational technique, barre work, center combinations, musicality, and expressive movement. Whether you are new to ballet, returning after time away, or simply curious to try something new, all levels are welcome. Ages 13+.

Friday, September 25 from 5:30pm-6:30pm: Community Cardio & Movement with Justine*

• Groove and get energized in this upbeat, welcoming dance fitness class! Explore easy-to-follow movement, cardio, and full-body conditioning set to lively music. Ages 13+.

Saturday, September 26 from 12:30pm-1:30pm: Parsons Technique with Téa 

• Step into the world of Parsons Dance in this high-energy modern-contemporary class. Explore bold shapes, dynamic movement, and the athleticism and musicality at the heart of the Parsons style. Ages 13+.

Saturday, September 26 from 2:00pm-3:00pm: Jazz with Luke*

• Get moving with an energetic jazz class focused on technique, musicality, and performance quality. Learn dynamic combinations while developing coordination and confidence. Ages 13+.

Friday, October 2 from 5:30pm-6:30pm: Masterclass with David Parsons

• Don’t miss this opportunity to train with David Parsons himself. The class features a rigorous warm-up followed by combinations drawn from the company’s acclaimed vocabulary and repertory. This class is open to ages 16+.

• In-person only

Warm up with Parsons company dancers as they prepare for their rehearsal day! This American Modern-Contemporary dance class features a technical warm-up and dynamic across-the-floor sequences that explore the classic “Parsons style.” For ages 13+.
