Congratulations to David for receiving the McCallum Theatre’s 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award on November 8 during the theatre’s annual Palm Desert Choreography Festival! While in Palm Desert, he also served as a judge for the Festival’s choreographic competition alongside acclaimed choreographer Daniel Ezralow, his friend since the 1980s when both were Paul Taylor Dance Company dancers. The experience was especially rewarding for David, who, as mentioned above, drives Parsons Dance to train emerging artists and encourages new audiences to share his passion for dance.
