UpEnd by Ephrat Asherie and David Parsons takes Parsons Dance to new heights with its first exploration into hip-hop. Together, they infuse the classic Parsons style with elements of street dance, creating a dynamic new movement vocabulary that celebrates the versatility of the company. For this striking new work, Parsons Dance has commissioned an original score by NYC composer Marty Beller.

DANIEL by GenerationNow Fellow, Omar Roman De Jesus  was inspired by an eye-opening experience while working with Parsons’ educational outreach initiative for dancers on the Autism spectrum. This contemporary piece explores the youthful and uninhibited pursuit of joy.
